Soft, banana-y, chocolatey, and packed with peanut flavor.

These cookies combine ripe banana with our Organic Peanut Butter Powder, milk protein, and dark chocolate. The result: slightly crispy on the outside, perfectly soft on the inside, and way less sugar than classic cookie recipes.

Ingredients

  • 90 g butter

  • 25 g brown sugar

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 105 g spelt flour type 630

  • 30 g ORGAINIC Organic Peanut Butter Powder

  • 30 g milk protein powder, plain or vanilla

  • 50 g dark chocolate chips

  • Optional: 20–30 g chopped peanuts

  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp milk if the dough is too firm

Preparation

1. Mix butter and banana
Melt the butter and let it cool briefly. Stir together with the mashed banana, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.

2. Add the dry ingredients
Add spelt flour, protein powder, Organic Peanut Butter Powder, and baking soda, and mix into a smooth dough.

The dough should be soft and slightly sticky. If it feels too firm, just stir in 1–2 tbsp milk.

3. Fold in chocolate
Fold the dark chocolate and optional chopped peanuts into the dough.

4. Shape the cookies
Form about 9–10 evenly sized balls from the dough and place them well spaced on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Gently flatten the balls.

5. Bake
Bake at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 10–12 minutes.

The edges should be lightly golden brown – the centers should still look a bit soft. Let them cool on the tray after baking so they firm up.

🥜 Extra Tip

For even more peanut butter vibes, after baking you can mix some peanut butter powder with a few drops of water into a creamy sauce and drizzle it over the cookies.

Sweet, salty, chocolatey, and super peanutty.
