Why do the nutritional values differ between the different flavors?
Since we use real ingredients like cocoa powder and blueberry/strawberry powder instead of artificial flavors and sweeteners, these ingredients also have some effect on the nutritional values.
Our protein powder is produced using cross-flow filtration and spray-dried at low temperatures to prevent denaturation.
Can the organic protein also be used hot?
Yes, the protein can also be used for cooking/baking.

Is the organic protein gently processed?
Our Organic Whey Protein is cold-filtered and then gently dried into powder at low temperatures. This prevents denaturation and preserves its high bioavailability.
Is it organic protein from pasture-raised cows?
Since "pasture-raised" is not a protected term, we don't use this misleading label. A cow that spends only a few days on pasture can already be called a pasture cow. Our products comply with the strict EU organic regulation, which requires pasture access or at least access to an outdoor run. The organic feed used must come as much as possible from the farm itself, and most of the feed needs are covered by basic feed (grass, hay, silage). In summer, the cows mainly eat fresh grass from the pasture, and in winter, hay and silage are used with a low proportion of concentrated feed.
How is the solubility?
Since we avoid artificial additives, we also don't use emulsifiers to improve solubility. So you can't just stir it in with a spoon—you need to mix the protein powder with liquid in a shaker or blender.
