Shipping conditions
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Croatia, Switzerland, Norway, Cyprus.
Shipping costs (including legal value added tax)
Shipments to Germany:
Shipping to Germany is free for orders of 60€ or more.
A shipping fee of €3.90 will be charged for smaller orders.
Shipping to Austria:
Shipping to Austria is free for orders of €60 or more.
A shipping fee of €9 will be charged for smaller orders.
Deliveries to Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Croatia, Switzerland, Norway:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 9.00 euros per order. Shipping is free for orders totaling 100 euros or more.
Deliveries Cyprus:
We charge a flat rate of 20.00 Euro per order for shipping and handling.
Delivery times
If no other delivery period is stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1-3 days. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one complete delivery, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time.
